I got this from a children's book my nephew borrowed.

1) Get some fries

2) Get some lectuce - be good and eat ur greens now.
3) Take the frie and roll it up in the lectuce

4) Eat it with cheese dip u snagged from LJS

Honestly it aint that bad. hahas. a better way to eat green for all u vege haters. lol
